Free shipping on all orders. Once we receive your payment, it may take 24 to 48 hours to process and ship your order (not including weekends and holidays).
WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR DUTIES?
Some countries, eg. USA do not levy taxes/import duties on this price range. Others may. Please contact your local customs office or check with us for your country.
Import duties, taxes and any applicable fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of goods.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Once it’s been processed & shipped, no further changes may be made.

HOW DO I KNOW THE WATCH WILL FIT?
Metal bands come with three buckles that can easily be removed for immediate sizing.
Mesh bands have a sliding buckle that can easily be adjusted to fit.

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS IN MY WATCH?
We’re dedicated to building watches of the very highest quality.
We use the two best types of movements in the watch industry. Japanese Miyota and Seiko precision quartz movements.
ARE STARION WATCHES WATER-RESISTANT?
All our styles are water-resistant. However, we recommend avoiding contact with water, since water damage isn’t covered by our warranty. Watches that are identified as water-resistant can bear a short submersion under water (like when washing hands), but should not be worn while swimming or bathing.

ATM means atmospheres. 1ATM is the normal pressure at sea level.

We use glass made of hardened mineral crystal.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
Our watches come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 1 year from the original purchase date. If any watch parts or mechanics are defective, we’ll repair or replace your watch at no charge. Our warranty doesn’t cover any damage caused by you such as water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and repair requests.

HOW DO I REPLACE MY BATTERY?
All our watch batteries are standard and can be found at most electronic stores, watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweler can help you replace your battery. We don't recommend replacing a battery yourself. The process requires special tools. Without them, your watch can easily be damaged.
HOW DO I ADJUST THE STEEL MESH BAND?
The steel mesh bands are easily adjustable. First, open the clasp and lay the watch face up on a flat surface. Illustration below:
- With the clasp open, insert a small tool, such as a flathead screwdriver, into the slot in the middle of the clasp being careful to not put pressure on the straight pin in the clasp, as it may bend the pin. Lift this piece in the direction of the watch face.
- With the middle of the clasp raised, slide the clasp toward or away from the face of the watch until it is at the length desired.
- To secure the clasp, press the middle part of the clasp back down, snapping it into place.

For Ladies Watches with Metal Band:
These watches come with 4 buckles (3 of which are detachable). To size smaller, simply open one of detachable buckles and the one alongside to remove the buckle.
